Updated 10th June 2020
After an extensive review of Government Guidance, advice from the WHO and official bodies within our industry, we are pleased to announce that we are resuming bookings for production.
We have carefully designed a new workflow and business practices that strike a balance between efficiency and the health of all those involved, whilst adhering to, and promoting, social distancing. These precautions are outlined below.
Sets are busy places and it’s easy to forget things, so all shoots will have a trained crew member with responsibility for distributing and advising on PPE, as well as supporting social distancing measures.
Crew will have their temperature measured before arriving on location and asked to report any coronavirus symptoms or relevant foreign travel. We’ll have a contactless forehead thermometer available on set, for peace of mind
Meetings will be taking place remotely until further notice either by phone or video conferencing. We’ve got some handy tools for giving video feedback remotely too
Everyone involved in the production will have access to full PPE including: gloves, masks and plenty of hand sanitiser. We’ll be wiping down equipment between users too.
We’ll be using our wireless video transmission equipment on all shoots to enable everyone on set to see what’s happening, whilst maintaining a safe, 2 metre distance. You can also be given access to the feed through your own device using an app.
We’ll limit the total number of people present on set (including clients, subjects and crew) to 10. We’ll also limit the number of on-screen subjects to one at a time.
